1. Services

EasyFlow Pressure provides professional exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Services are provided as described on our website, advertisements, and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled service appointment.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property before service begins. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and informing us of any hazards or fragile areas that may require special attention.

5. Liability

While we take great care during every service, EasyFlow Pressure is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration to surfaces including siding, concrete, gutters, paint, roofing materials, or exterior structures.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions or issues outside of our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if safety concerns, hazardous conditions, weather, or other reasonable circumstances prevent us from completing the work safely and professionally.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
